Bucegi Mountains are the most accessible for the residents of the capital city.

Situated at about two hours driving from Bucharest, Bucegi Mountains are studded with a number of mountain resorts, cable systems, roads and paths that lead the tourists to heights. We often go to Bucegi Mountains. They always attract us with their delightful landscapes, their lively nature, the mountain resorts and the local atmosphere. The towns of Sinaia, Predeal, Paraul Rece, Rasnov or Bran and the city of Brasov are connected with Bucegi Mountains, whether they are situated at their foot or a few miles away. Omu, Babele, Piatra Arsa, Gura Diham or Padina chalets are other places in Bucegi Mountains full of charm and good humour.

Over time, we, the ones from Pure Romania, made a lot of trips in Bucegi in all four seasons. The photos below capture the beauty of these mountains and are evidence for the unforgettable moments that we have lived.

Enjoy below Pure Romania Bucegi Mountains

How do you get there?

In Bucegi you get if you take on DN1, the national road that connects the capital city, Bucharest to Brasov.
